Back To Work Prep Workshop
Our Back-to-Work Prep Workshop is designed to guide and support you in seamlessly transitioning from parental leave to the workplace. Explore essential topics such as optimizing sleep patterns, maintaining balanced nutrition for sustained energy, and expert advice on successful breastfeeding while juggling work commitments. Equip yourself with practical strategies and valuable insights to ensure a smooth and confident return to your professional journey, all while prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your family.
The workshop features the following instructors:
- Bronwyn Addico, doula and busy mom, will cover family organization tools.
- Christina Iaboni, a registered dietitian for over 10 years, will be discussing meal planning and prep for easy and nutritious meals during this change.
- Bridget Jensen is the owner of Better Bedtime a sleep consultant firm. She will share her best tips to make the daycare nap transition a success.
- Alex Wachelka, is an IBCLC and runs Motherhood Blooms Lactation. She will go over how to navigate breastfeeding changes during this time.
This workshop will be recorded and available for you to watch for 1 week after the session. A digital handout will also be available.
