Baby + Me Yoga

Join us Thursday or Friday mornings for Baby + Me Yoga.  Pick the session and time that works best for you!

In this class we will focus on breath and mental health, strengthen our cores, and open parts of the body often challenged in life with a newborn. Bringing your little one with you will also help gain confidence in traveling with them and foster a fun new connection with them as we incorporate them into our class and postures. Begin to build your community of other new parents because it absolutely takes a village and no one needs to go through this alone.

This class is designed for those with babies that are not yet mobile.
Please also ask your medical team to clear you for physical activity before joining class.

Meet Aubrey, Your Yoga Instructor

Aubrey has been a certified yoga instructor since 2011 when she completed Teacher Training with Corepower Yoga in Chicago, IL. Through her years of private and studio classes, she developed a niche for guiding motivating and fun strength classes, as well as tuning in to the specific needs of those in a restorative or postpartum class. In 2018, she was able to teach and practice yoga throughout her pregnancy and shortly after birth, returned to teaching, often with her daughter in tow for her Baby & Me classes. Now as a Postpartum Doula, she is so excited to combine her experiences with yoga and her current work.
