Christina Iaboni is a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, infancy, and early childhood nutrition. She has facilitated prenatal education classes for new parents for many years and is passionate about helping families build healthy relationships with food from the very beginning.

As a mom of three herself, Christina combines evidence-based recommendations with practical, realistic advice that parents can easily implement at home. Her approachable teaching style helps parents feel informed, supported, and confident as they begin introducing solids.
