Refund Policy

We understand that pregnant life or life with a growing family can be unpredictable. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we also need to maintain fairness to our instructors and sustain our small business operations. Thank you for understanding and respecting the following policies.

Classes & Private Sessions

  • Refunds: All class purchases and private sessions are refundable, minus a 30% administration fee, up to 14 days before the scheduled date.

  • Changing Class Dates: If you need to reschedule a class, please contact us directly before purchasing a new registration. We’re happy to move your booking to another available date at no cost (subject to availability).
    ➤ Please note: We can only change your class date once, and only if space is available.
    ➤ If you purchase a second-class spot instead of contacting us, the original booking will be subject to our standard refund policy (including the 30% admin fee).

  • Private Sessions: Billed at $55/hour for class-based and $65/hour for custom sessions, plus HST. Sessions are 2 hours minimum and must be paid in advance. Additional fees apply for travel outside Waterloo Region and Guelph, and/or for shared sessions with another couple.

Events

All event tickets are final sale and non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another individual if needed. Events include:

  • Infant Safety

  • Birth Healing Group Coaching

  • Baby + Me Yoga

  • Bump + Me Yoga

  • Any of our online self-directed courses

Early Births & Medical Reasons

If your baby arrives before your class date or a medical situation prevents your attendance, you may apply your credit toward any of our “à la carte” class offerings, a private session, or retail products. Please contact us so we can arrange the best solution for your situation.

Products & Rentals

  • Products: May be returned within 7 days, unused and in original condition/packaging, for a refund minus a 30% admin fee.

  • Rentals: All rental purchases are non-refundable and require a $200 deposit to cover any missing or damaged items.

Cancellations by Balancing Birth to Baby

In rare circumstances — such as inclement weather, weather warnings, or other emergencies — we may need to cancel or reschedule a class. In those cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date, a virtual option (if appropriate), or class credit.
