
Bump + Me Yoga: June 6:45pm
Join Kim Wagler, one of our doulas, for a five-week yoga course. Bump + Me offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where expecting parents can connect, move, and breathe together.
In this 5-week series, you’ll enjoy gentle movement practices designed to support your changing body—enhancing joint health, flexibility, circulation, sleep, and overall well-being. We’ll build strength and stamina to prepare for birth and parenthood, while grounding practices help reduce stress and tension.
Breath work, mindfulness, and shared wisdom will help you find comfort, confidence, and deep appreciation for the incredible journey of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and discover the joy of moving through pregnancy with presence and support.
We are offering 2 sessions: 6:45 to 7:30 pm OR 7:45 t0 8:30pm
June 3, 10, 17, 24, and July 8 – there is no class on Canada Day, July 1st

About Kim
Kim is a mother of four grown daughters who’ve taught her that strength and growth look different for everyone. With a background in Child and Youth Work, brain injury rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and yoga—including pre & postnatal training—she brings compassion, experience, and calm to every class. Kim feels most at home supporting growing families at Balancing Birth to Baby.
