Refund Policy

All class purchases and private sessions are refundable minus a 30% administration fee until 14 days before the scheduled date.

We will do our best to accommodate a change of class date if necessary (subject to availability) or schedule a private session for an additional fee. We are only able to change a class date once if an alternative date is available.

All event tickets are final sale and non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another party if you desire. Events include Infant Safety Session, Infant Massage, Toddler Workshop, Birth Healing Workshop, Baby + Me Yoga, Back to Work Prep.

Balancing Birth to Baby reserves the right to cancel and reschedule classes and workshops in the event of inclement weather or due to unforeseen emergencies.

If your baby arrives early or for medical reasons you can no longer attend your class, you may use the value of your purchase towards any of our “a la carte” class offerings or products.

All rental purchases are non-refundable and require a $200 deposit to cover any items returned damaged or missing.

Private sessions are billed $55.00/hour for class-based sessions and $65.00/hour for custom sessions. HST is charged in addition to these rates. Each private session is a minimum of 2 hours and must be paid for in advance to secure your time slot.

We offer private sessions in Waterloo Region and Guelph. If you are requesting a session outside of these areas an additional travel fee may apply and will be invoiced separately. If you would like another couple to join your session an additional charge of $20 per hour plus HST will be billed separately.
