This 3-hour class will teach you a variety of hands-on, unique Natural Pain Management techniques including: Rebozo, upright body positioning, massage, TENS machine, and many others.

Learn breathing techniques, how to deal with back labour, and what support measures work best for you and your partner.

The class finishes with a contraction practice that couples have told us was invaluable and helped them see that they can confidently support each other through labour.
